Fergusson Law has a vacancy for a private client solicitor, primarily to deal with residential property conveyancing,  and associated property matters. We are looking for someone with an aptitude for timely accuracy and client empathy. There will be opportunities to be involved with    deceased’s estates; we are willing to provide training to the right candidate.

Our business is driven by customer service, not by work volumes.  We find profit follows from satisfied clients, and a large part of our work comes from onward referrals.

We are a small firm, with a friendly, flexible approach in the office, and have a blend of office/home working, where everyone can choose to work from home for a day or two per week. Our light, airy ground floor garden view office is in the Edinburgh New Town, handy for public transport and shops.
