We will introduce to our recommended Estate Agent who will produce good quality brochures for your sale with photography, floor plans and access to Home Reports. By law every seller must have a Home Report which contains a structural evaluation, a mortgage valuation, an energy performance certificate and a seller’s questionnaire. The Agents will commission the Report and they will advise on all aspects of media exposure
