Certified Copies
We can provide certified copies of original documents for a small fee. Personal attendance with the documents is needed, together with proof of identity to comply with anti-money laundering regulations. We will advise about what documents should be brought.
Notarising Documents
Many legal documents, including documents for use in foreign jurisdictions, require execution before a Notary Public. Again “anti money laundering” documentation is required, as legal documents often require the incorporation of a declaration by the Notary Public that he/she is satisfied as to identity.
Apostilles
Certain documents for use abroad require a signature and notarial seal and to be “Apostilled and legalised” (authenticated) by the Foreign and Commonwealth Office (FCO) in London. We can not only notarise the documents but also arrange for FCO Apostille papers.
